We're Said and Abderrahim — childhood friends from the same village in the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco. We both made our way to Marrakech, each building a different career, until our paths converged into a shared vision.
Said has been in the hospitality world since 2010 — running Airbnb properties and working as a travel agent. He knows exactly what guests expect, what makes a rental profitable, and how to create spaces that earn five-star reviews.
Abderrahim is a master craftsman. Since 2006, he's worked as a zellige and marble specialist across riads in Marrakech, Essaouira, and even spent time honing his craft in Senegal. He knows traditional Moroccan construction inside and out.
In 2019, we joined forces and started Home Remodelling Marrakech. We began with apartment renovations — transforming spaces for Airbnb owners. As word spread and our reputation grew, we expanded into full riad renovations, villas, and complete home rebuilds.
